詩篇 第 30 篇

¹（大衛在獻殿的時候，作這詩歌。）耶和華啊，我要尊崇你，因為你曾提拔我，不叫仇敵向我誇耀。I will extol thee, O LORD; for thou hast lifted me up, and hast not made my foes to rejoice over me.

²耶和華─我的神啊，我曾呼求你，你醫治了我。O LORD my God, I cried unto thee, and thou hast healed me.

³耶和華啊，你曾把我的靈魂從陰間救上來，使我存活，不至於下坑。O LORD, thou hast brought up my soul from the grave: thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit.

⁴耶和華的聖民哪，你們要歌頌他，稱讚他可記念的聖名。Sing unto the LORD, O ye saints of his, and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.

⁵因為，他的怒氣不過是轉眼之間；他的恩典乃是一生之久。一宿雖然有哭泣，早晨便必歡呼。For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.

⁶至於我，我凡事平順便說：我永不動搖。And in my prosperity I said, I shall never be moved.

⁷耶和華啊，你曾施恩，叫我的江山穩固；你掩了面，我就驚惶。LORD, by thy favour thou hast made my mountain to stand strong: thou didst hide thy face, and I was troubled.

⁸耶和華啊，我曾求告你；我向耶和華懇求，說：I cried to thee, O LORD; and unto the LORD I made supplication.

⁹我被害流血，下到坑中，有甚麼益處呢？塵土豈能稱讚你，傳說你的誠實麼？What profit is there in my blood, when I go down to the pit? Shall the dust praise thee? shall it declare thy truth?

¹⁰耶和華啊，求你應允我，憐恤我！耶和華啊，求你幫助我！Hear, O LORD, and have mercy upon me: LORD, be thou my helper.

¹¹你已將我的哀哭變為跳舞，將我的麻衣脫去，給我披上喜樂，Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness;

¹²好叫我的靈（原文是榮耀）歌頌你，並不住聲。耶和華─我的神啊，我要稱謝你，直到永遠！To the end that my glory may sing praise to thee, and not be silent. O LORD my God, I will give thanks unto thee for ever.
