詩篇 第 31 篇

¹（大衛的詩，交與伶長。）耶和華啊，我投靠你；求你使我永不羞愧；憑你的公義搭救我！In thee, O LORD, do I put my trust; let me never be ashamed: deliver me in thy righteousness.

²求你側耳而聽，快快救我！作我堅固的磐石，拯救我的保障！Bow down thine ear to me; deliver me speedily: be thou my strong rock, for an house of defence to save me.

³因為你是我的巖石，我的山寨；所以，求你為你名的緣故引導我，指點我。For thou art my rock and my fortress; therefore for thy name’s sake lead me, and guide me.

⁴求你救我脫離人為我暗設的網羅，因為你是我的保障。Pull me out of the net that they have laid privily for me: for thou art my strength.

⁵我將我的靈魂交在你手裡；耶和華誠實的神啊，你救贖了我。Into thine hand I commit my spirit: thou hast redeemed me, O LORD God of truth.

⁶我恨惡那信奉虛無之神的人；我卻倚靠耶和華。I have hated them that regard lying vanities: but I trust in the LORD.

⁷我要為你的慈愛高興歡喜；因為你見過我的困苦，知道我心中的艱難。I will be glad and rejoice in thy mercy: for thou hast considered my trouble; thou hast known my soul in adversities;

⁸你未曾把我交在仇敵手裡；你使我的腳站在寬闊之處。And hast not shut me up into the hand of the enemy: thou hast set my feet in a large room.

⁹耶和華啊，求你憐恤我，因為我在急難之中；我的眼睛因憂愁而乾癟，連我的身心也不安舒。Have mercy upon me, O LORD, for I am in trouble: mine eye is consumed with grief, yea, my soul and my belly.

¹⁰我的生命為愁苦所消耗；我的年歲為歎息所曠廢。我的力量因我的罪孽衰敗；我的骨頭也枯乾。For my life is spent with grief, and my years with sighing: my strength faileth because of mine iniquity, and my bones are consumed.

¹¹我因一切敵人成了羞辱，在我的鄰舍跟前更甚；那認識我的都懼怕我，在外頭看見我的都躲避我。I was a reproach among all mine enemies, but especially among my neighbours, and a fear to mine acquaintance: they that did see me without fled from me.

¹²我被人忘記，如同死人，無人記念；我好像破碎的器皿。I am forgotten as a dead man out of mind: I am like a broken vessel.

¹³我聽見了許多人的讒謗，四圍都是驚嚇；他們一同商議攻擊我的時候，就圖謀要害我的性命。For I have heard the slander of many: fear was on every side: while they took counsel together against me, they devised to take away my life.

¹⁴耶和華啊，我仍舊倚靠你；我說：你是我的神。But I trusted in thee, O LORD: I said, Thou art my God.

¹⁵我終身的事在你手中；求你救我脫離仇敵的手和那些逼迫我的人。My times are in thy hand: deliver me from the hand of mine enemies, and from them that persecute me.

¹⁶求你使你的臉光照僕人，憑你的慈愛拯救我。Make thy face to shine upon thy servant: save me for thy mercies’ sake.

¹⁷耶和華啊，求你叫我不致羞愧，因為我曾呼籲你；求你使惡人羞愧，使他們在陰間緘默無聲。Let me not be ashamed, O LORD; for I have called upon thee: let the wicked be ashamed, and let them be silent in the grave.

¹⁸那撒謊的人逞驕傲輕慢，出狂妄的話攻擊義人；願他的嘴啞而無言。Let the lying lips be put to silence; which speak grievous things proudly and contemptuously against the righteous.

¹⁹敬畏你、投靠你的人，你為他們所積存的，在世人面前所施行的恩惠是何等大呢！Oh how great is thy goodness, which thou hast laid up for them that fear thee; which thou hast wrought for them that trust in thee before the sons of men!

²⁰你必把他們藏在你面前的隱密處，免得遇見人的計謀；你必暗暗地保守他們在亭子裡，免受口舌的爭鬧。Thou shalt hide them in the secret of thy presence from the pride of man: thou shalt keep them secretly in a pavilion from the strife of tongues.

²¹耶和華是應當稱頌的，因為他在堅固城裡向我施展奇妙的慈愛。Blessed be the LORD: for he hath shewed me his marvellous kindness in a strong city.

²²至於我，我曾急促地說：我從你眼前被隔絕。然而，我呼求你的時候，你仍聽我懇求的聲音。For I said in my haste, I am cut off from before thine eyes: nevertheless thou heardest the voice of my supplications when I cried unto thee.

²³耶和華的聖民哪，你們都要愛他！耶和華保護誠實人，足足報應行事驕傲的人。O love the LORD, all ye his saints: for the LORD preserveth the faithful, and plentifully rewardeth the proud doer.

²⁴凡仰望耶和華的人，你們都要壯膽，堅固你們的心！Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the LORD.
