詩篇 第 132 篇

¹（上行之詩。）耶和華啊，求你記念大衛所受的一切苦難！LORD, remember David, and all his afflictions:

²他怎樣向耶和華起誓，向雅各的大能者許願，How he sware unto the LORD, and vowed unto the mighty God of Jacob;

³說：我必不進我的帳幕，也不上我的床榻；Surely I will not come into the tabernacle of my house, nor go up into my bed;

⁴我不容我的眼睛睡覺，也不容我的眼目打盹；I will not give sleep to mine eyes, or slumber to mine eyelids,

⁵直等我為耶和華尋得所在，為雅各的大能者尋得居所。Until I find out a place for the LORD, an habitation for the mighty God of Jacob.

⁶我們聽說約櫃在以法他，我們在基列耶琳就尋見了。Lo, we heard of it at Ephratah: we found it in the fields of the wood.

⁷我們要進他的居所，在他腳凳前下拜。We will go into his tabernacles: we will worship at his footstool.

⁸耶和華啊，求你興起，和你有能力的約櫃同入安息之所！Arise, O LORD, into thy rest; thou, and the ark of thy strength.

⁹願你的祭司披上公義！願你的聖民歡呼！Let thy priests be clothed with righteousness; and let thy saints shout for joy.

¹⁰求你因你僕人大衛的緣故，不要厭棄你的受膏者！For thy servant David’s sake turn not away the face of thine anointed.

¹¹耶和華向大衛、憑誠實起了誓，必不反覆，說：我要使你所生的坐在你的寶座上。The LORD hath sworn in truth unto David; he will not turn from it; Of the fruit of thy body will I set upon thy throne.

¹²你的眾子若守我的約和我所教訓他們的法度，他們的子孫必永遠坐在你的寶座上。If thy children will keep my covenant and my testimony that I shall teach them, their children shall also sit upon thy throne for evermore.

¹³因為耶和華揀選了錫安，願意當作自己的居所，For the LORD hath chosen Zion; he hath desired it for his habitation.

¹⁴說：這是我永遠安息之所；我要住在這裡，因為是我所願意的。This is my rest for ever: here will I dwell; for I have desired it.

¹⁵我要使其中的糧食豐滿，使其中的窮人飽足。I will abundantly bless her provision: I will satisfy her poor with bread.

¹⁶我要使祭司披上救恩，聖民大聲歡呼！I will also clothe her priests with salvation: and her saints shall shout aloud for joy.

¹⁷我要叫大衛的角在那裡發生；我為我的受膏者預備明燈。There will I make the horn of David to bud: I have ordained a lamp for mine anointed.

¹⁸我要使他的仇敵披上羞恥；但他的冠冕要在頭上發光。His enemies will I clothe with shame: but upon himself shall his crown flourish.
