詩篇 第 33 篇

¹義人哪，你們應當靠耶和華歡樂；正直人的讚美是合宜的。Rejoice in the LORD, O ye righteous: for praise is comely for the upright.

²你們應當彈琴稱謝耶和華，用十弦瑟歌頌他。Praise the LORD with harp: sing unto him with the psaltery and an instrument of ten strings.

³應當向他唱新歌，彈得巧妙，聲音洪亮。Sing unto him a new song; play skilfully with a loud noise.

⁴因為耶和華的言語正直；凡他所做的盡都誠實。For the word of the LORD is right; and all his works are done in truth.

⁵他喜愛仁義公平；遍地滿了耶和華的慈愛。He loveth righteousness and judgment: the earth is full of the goodness of the LORD.

⁶諸天藉耶和華的命而造；萬象藉他口中的氣而成。By the word of the LORD were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth.

⁷他聚集海水如壘，收藏深洋在庫房。He gathereth the waters of the sea together as an heap: he layeth up the depth in storehouses.

⁸願全地都敬畏耶和華！願世上的居民都懼怕他！Let all the earth fear the LORD: let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him.

⁹因為他說有，就有，命立，就立。For he spake, and it was done; he commanded, and it stood fast.

¹⁰耶和華使列國的籌算歸於無有，使眾民的思念無有功效。The LORD bringeth the counsel of the heathen to nought: he maketh the devices of the people of none effect.

¹¹耶和華的籌算永遠立定；他心中的思念萬代常存。The counsel of the LORD standeth for ever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations.

¹²以耶和華為神的，那國是有福的！他所揀選為自己產業的，那民是有福的！Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance.

¹³耶和華從天上觀看；他看見一切的世人。The LORD looketh from heaven; he beholdeth all the sons of men.

¹⁴從他的居所往外察看地上一切的居民。From the place of his habitation he looketh upon all the inhabitants of the earth.

¹⁵他是那造成他們眾人心的，留意他們一切作為的。He fashioneth their hearts alike; he considereth all their works.

¹⁶君王不能因兵多得勝；勇士不能因力大得救。There is no king saved by the multitude of an host: a mighty man is not delivered by much strength.

¹⁷靠馬得救是枉然的；馬也不能因力大救人。An horse is a vain thing for safety: neither shall he deliver any by his great strength.

¹⁸耶和華的眼目看顧敬畏他的人和仰望他慈愛的人，Behold, the eye of the LORD is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy;

¹⁹要救他們的命脫離死亡，並使他們在饑荒中存活。To deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine.

²⁰我們的心向來等候耶和華；他是我們的幫助，我們的盾牌。Our soul waiteth for the LORD: he is our help and our shield.

²¹我們的心必靠他歡喜，因為我們向來倚靠他的聖名。For our heart shall rejoice in him, because we have trusted in his holy name.

²²耶和華啊，求你照著我們所仰望你的，向我們施行慈愛！Let thy mercy, O LORD, be upon us, according as we hope in thee.
